SIPs are high-performance building material used in walls ,roofs and floors for residential and light commercial construction ,the panels are made by sandwiching a core of rigid foam insulation as EPS between two skins of structural board such as OSB, the optional wire chase also be the dimensions of SIPs range from 4’x8’(1.22x2.44 m ) to 4’x20’(1.22x6.10m) , all panels are manufactured under strict ISO9001 quality control environment .all the lumber ,OSB and adhesive etc. come from Canada or USA with strict QC and match the PS2 standard .

EPS is manufactured from styrene monomer; low levels of styrene occur naturally in many plants, fruit, vegetables, nuts and meat. EPS is a derivative of ethylene and benzene and is made using a polymerisation process which produces translucent spherical beads of polystyrene, about the size of sugar granules.  During this process a low boiling point hydrocarbon, usually pentane gas, is added to the material to assist expanision during subsequent processing. The EPS panel is light weight ,durability ,moisture resistance ,and thermal efficiency, shock absorption ,versatility ,ease to use etc .
